Located close the beach of Cala Jondal, Villa Jondal is a contemporary 400sqm house, immersed in a 3.600m2 plot with a spectacular sea view.
Just few steps from the house, the infinity pool surrounded by a teck deck with sunbeds and umbrellas where to admire beautiful sunsets, a large covered terrace with sails, a bar with ice dispenser, table and chairs for outdoor dinnners, Bbq , a billiard table.

Entering inside the spacious living room with TV, a dining area and the equipped kitchen, direct access to the outdoor lounge. At this floor there are two double ensuite bedroom: one with direct access to the terrace, and with bathtub. At the garden level other 2 bedrooms with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom.

At the lower level with indipendent entrance through the garden: tthe fitness room, loundry room and a cellar fridge.

Complete the property a panormaic roof terrace, the direct access to the beach and the private parking.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No Safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
