Set along the scenic River Nene, this historic Grade II listed house offers a charming waterside escape perfect for families and friends seeking a peaceful retreat. With spacious rooms accommodating up to eight guests, it’s ideal for gatherings and enjoying the tranquil beauty of the riverside environment. The property features beautiful gardens overlooking the river, where kingfishers, swans, and otters are often spotted, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and nature watching.
This versatile home spans two floors with four generous king-size bedrooms, many offering views of the river or surrounding countryside. The fully equipped kitchen is centered around an impressive oil-fired Aga, perfect for cozy winter evenings, and connects to a breakfast room with dual aspect views. The cozy lounge with a fireplace, along with a separate family room featuring an electric fire and bay window overlooking the garden, offers plenty of space to unwind. French doors open to a riverside terrace, blending indoor comfort with outdoor beauty, while a conservatory provides additional seating and an extra fridge-freezer.
Located close to the beach and with easy access to riverside walks, this pet-friendly retreat allows well-behaved dogs to join your stay.
