Sleeping arrangements include eight single beds configurable into four double beds, plus two sofa beds in the lounge, allowing the property to sleep up to ten guests. This configuration is well suited to family groups, multi-family stays, reunions, and organised bookings where separate beds are preferred.

Private gated property with on-site parking for multiple vehicles, offering a discreet and secure setting for groups who value privacy, ease, and organisation.

Located in the countryside just off the A6 between Rushden and Bedford, it provides convenient access to local towns while enjoying a peaceful semi-rural environment. A practical and comfortable base for group stays.

Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. And the true sign of great service is how it works when life throws in a curve ball.( in our case it was having to arrive earlier than planned and earlier than normally allowed , the host pulled out the stops and got the place ready early so we could get in drop bags and freshen upBefore our event. If you are looking for some lovely accommodation in this area and you haven’t booked this yet .. just do it, you won’t regret it and you can leave a great review too.
