The bed is dressed in soft cotton linens. The lighting is warm and considered — designed, not default.

If you need to work, there's a dedicated desk with good lighting and stable Wi-Fi that handles video calls without dropping. If you don't — there's a comfortable cream sofa and nowhere you need to be.

The building is residential and quiet. Double-pane windows keep the boulevard outside where it belongs. You're on the 3rd floor with no elevator — the staircase is wide and well-lit, and the height means better light and a longer view.
