Villa Eminentia is located in the village of Ližnjan, just 900 meters from the sea. It’s perfect for families or groups of up to 10 people who want to relax and enjoy the beauty of Istria. Pula Airport is 14.2 km away.

Outside, there is a private pool with sunbeds and two sun umbrellas, a covered terrace with a barbecue, and space to enjoy meals outdoors.
