Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage (extra). E-charging station. Shop 400 m, restaurant, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop 180 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 400 m. Surf school 400 m, riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 800 m. Nearby attractions: Amphiteatar 11 km, Park prirode Kamenjak 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Underfloor heating (extra). Terrace 16 m2. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs, conservatory. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer.
