Located in Palma, close to the sea and surrounded by nature, this spectacular villa for 10 people is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in comfort, privacy and views of the Mediterranean.
Starting with the wonderful exterior of the house, it offers everything needed to enjoy the Mallorcan climate: a large 10x5-metre saltwater pool, up to 2 metres deep, ideal for cooling off and relaxing, surrounded by sun loungers where you can soak up the sun. The furnished terrace and mobile barbecue allow you to enjoy outdoor meals, always with views of the natural surroundings. In the house, most of the bedrooms on the first floor open onto a furnished terrace. In addition, there is a ping-pong table, ideal for playing and having a great time with your companions.

Stepping inside the rustic interior, distributed over two floors, you will find a spacious living room with air conditioning and sofas facing the Smart TV, open to the dining area where you can all enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped induction kitchen. The house offers 7 bathrooms and 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Starting on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed. One of these has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a small sitting area with sofas. Completing this floor are two further bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. On the first floor, you will find a large lounge with sofas that gives access to the remaining bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other two have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, respectively. A bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet serve this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
