Classic Chic Elegance - Close to Everything with AC.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully air conditioned apartment is perfect for either friends or family to enjoy.

The living room has chic fabric wall coverings, and large double glazed doors that open, out to the balcony.

The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped, plus has a bar that seats four.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and doors that open onto the Juliet balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has an extra large shower, and double vanity unit.

As we are not allowed to use a lockbox all check ins are done in person.

For check in after 8 pm additional fee of €20 (Payable on arrival)
For check in after 10 pm additional fee of €30 (Payable on arrival)

A charming apartment so tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very functional. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our tay.

Place was great. Close enough to shops, restaurants, etc. without being in the super busy (louds) areas. Pretty close to the train station which goes right to the airport (no need for a car).

Great location in a quieter neighbourhood that the busy tourist area, but close to the water, groceries, great restaurants, and the train station. John's place was perfect for our little family (two adults and two young kids) with access to laundry, a small kitchen to make breakfast and reheat leftovers, and a separate bedroom for the kids. The beds were all very comfortable, dark, and quiet. We loved the train station being just a few blocks away so we could explore the neighbouring towns and villages. Thank you for the great visit to Nice!

We had a wonderful stay in Nice and a great experience with the property management company. They were very easy to work with and met us on site to walk us through the apartment and explain everything, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment was well equipped, with excellent kitchen supplies and thoughtful touches throughout. The fluffy towels were a nice bonus and made the stay feel extra comfortable. Also, right down the street from the Nice Ville train station. Overall, a smooth, pleasant experience—we would happily stay here again when we come for the tennis in Monaco!

Perfect Place

John’s place was so good!!Exactly as described, super clean, and the most perfect location for exploring Nice. Close to restaurants, shops, the beach, and all the attractions. There is a bus stop almost outside, the nearest tram stop was 5 mins walk away and the train station only 10 mins walk away. John was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and some great local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nice.

A quiet area yet only steps from the beach, great restaurants and all the main shops.
It’s also very easy to travel from Nice to all the other great places on the Cote D’azur like Cannes, Antibes, Menton, and Monaco
