Located in the rural heart of Mallorca, in the charming village of Montuïri, this cosy holiday home for 6 people is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity, nature and comfort.
Outside, a spectacular 9x7 metre chlorine pool awaits you, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days, accompanied by a practical outdoor shower. The area is surrounded by a paved surface perfect for sunbathing or relaxing on the various sun loungers on the terrace. In addition, the house has a large porch and a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals thanks to its barbecue, while you relax with the typical landscape of the Majorcan countryside. The exteriors have a toilet for your comfort.

Moving inside the house, distributed over two floors, it combines functionality and traditional charm. On the ground floor you will find a living room with Smart TV where you can spend the evenings relaxing or watching a movie. In the gas kitchen, you will be able to prepare delicious meals as it is fully equipped and has a dining area to enjoy the dishes prepared all together. The ground floor has the first bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. To finish this floor there is a toilet. On the first floor, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board available in the house.

Montuïri is one of the most authentic villages in the centre of Mallorca, famous for its agricultural environment, its mills and historic centre. From here you can easily explore the rest of the island, and enjoy cycling routes, local gastronomy and traditional markets. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
