This charming 36m² apartment is ideally located right in front of Porto’s Sé Cathedral and within walking distance of top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
At the entrance of the building, guests have access to a dedicated coworking space, perfect for remote work, studying, or simply enjoying a quiet moment outside the apartment.
The living area is designed for comfort. It features a cosy sofa to relax on, a TV for your favourite shows, a dining table, and a double bed with high-quality linens to ensure restful sleep. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay.
The windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
Please note that it is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

This is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous areas. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train/metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk.
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
