If you are coming to this city, this is the place. The location was awesome: 1/5 block from the grocery, metro, and a ton of restaurants! It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio was fantastic even n the rain!! Great wifi, tv and all modern amenities. The host (manager?) Leo was very helpful and responsive. He gave us a map and a low-down on all we needed to know about the different districts. We plan on coming back and spening longer than 5 nights!

Pros: stores nearby, clean, good kitchen, walkable City. Cons: loud outside street noise (can be tough to sleep), host extremely difficult to contact when needing help. Prostitution is legal--there were many standing on the street near the apartment. Thought this may be good information to have.

Regarding the noise, the apartment is located in the heart of the city center, which naturally implies some movement. However, we are continuously seeking solutions to improve the comfort of our guests, particularly in terms of soundproofing. Regarding communication, all essential instructions were provided at check-in, and we remain available to assist you within reasonable hours, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. The contact mentioned was made around 4:00 AM, a time when, understandably, we cannot guarantee an immediate response. Even so, we are always committed to improving our availability and clarity of communication. Regarding the surroundings, being a central location, it is possible to find a diversity of people and activities typical of a large city. Thank you again for your comment, which will be taken into consideration so that we can continue to improve the experience of our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was quite spacious. The outdoor space was very nice, but unfortunately we were unable to use it due to so many rainy days! We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Porto.

The apt itself was clean, renovated and the location was good. The unfortunate side was the street where the apt was situated had multiple ladies of the night present (day and night). It was very noisy with the ladies and men laughing and talking very loud at all hours of the night right below our apt. The headboards are located at the windows of the street So there was no way to avoid this unfortunately. While the owner of the apt has no control over this situation, it really detracted from our enjoyment.

We appreciate your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects of the apartment, namely the cleanliness, the renovation of the space, and the excellent location. The apartment is located in the heart of Porto's historic center, an area highly sought after for its authenticity, proximity to major tourist attractions, restaurants, and the city's characteristic urban life. As is natural in such a central location, there may be some movement and dynamism typical of a lively urban area, especially at certain times. Even so, we take the comfort of our guests very seriously and, in this regard, we have already planned to replace the window frames and improve the sound insulation in the near future, in order to provide an even more peaceful and comfortable stay.

This is a great unit. Stayed for a week. Sadly it rained so we did not have an opportunity to use the patio space. Checkin was easy. We had 2 issues that we communicated to management and they said they would be addressed.

Amazing appartment so clean with all commodities. Perfect bathroom. Huge terrace. There is a big grocery store at the end of the street. Sure there are working ladies but they are very respectful. Leo was amazing with all the support and advice he provided

Great Stay

Great stay, great apartment and the host was very responsive. The only issue was it was next to a noisy street with an adult establishment. It was subtle enough that my child didn't even notice, but it was right there. We ignored that business and had a great time though. We loved sitting on the patio and exploring the beautiful ciry of Porto.

Fabulous apartment

Lovely clean apartment in walkable distance to the old town. The outside terrace was a great space and the apartment is extremely well equipped. Jeronimo and Leo were very helpful.The apartment is on a noisy street with 24 hour traffic hence the lower score for location. A great few days in Porto.

Well equipped and stylish apartment with private terrace.

Convenient location for metro and all tourist sites. Well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Check in really worked well for us. The only downside for us was the traffic and general street noise at night (but as country dwellers we aren't used to that so urban visitors would probably not find it an issue!). An enjoyable stay in a vibrant, friendly city.

Great place to stay near the city centre

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment close to the city centre and a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was smooth as we were met by our host despite a 2 hour flight delay. One minor downside is the night-time noise of a busy street below.

Decor amazing

Apt is beautifully decorated, beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent for metro, supermarket & main attractions. Property Manager is very knowledgeable, great advice on places to go & see. Street outside is lively & there is building working going on next door, which didn’t impact on us as we were out all day but might impact if you are looking for a long lie in bed.

Better than 5 star apartment in Porto

The apartment was superb in every way. Beautifully furnished with top quality furnishings and fittings, and right in the centre of Porto, with all attractions within walking distance.
