This charming two-bedroom apartment in Madeira is the ideal retreat for families and friends looking to relax in comfort. Located on the first floor and easily accessible by stairs, the space is thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay.

The inviting living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table where you can enjoy shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry with ease.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, hotel-quality linens, ample storage space, and each opens onto a private balcony—perfect for enjoying the fresh Madeira air. One of the bedrooms also features an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in the lush hills of Santana, Madeira, this peaceful location offers the perfect blend of nature, tradition, and adventure. Guests can explore iconic attractions such as the Casas Típicas de Santana, the charming thatched-roof houses that define the region’s heritage, or enjoy a fun and educational experience at the Madeira Theme Park, which showcases the island's culture and history.

Nature lovers will be delighted by nearby hiking trails like the scenic Levada do Caldeirão Verde and the breathtaking route to Pico Ruivo, the island’s highest peak. For a more relaxed outing, visit the Rocha do Navio Natural Reserve, accessible by cable car, or unwind at the Calhau de São Jorge natural pools along the coast.

The area also boasts excellent dining options such as Quinta do Furão, known for its stunning views and traditional Madeiran cuisine, and Adega do Compadre, a cosy local favourite.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
