Villa Delila is a delightful Mediterranean style holiday home nestling in the sunny hills of Mas Mila and enjoying attractive views across the valley to the peaks of the Garraf Natural Park.This is a very well finished and good sized family holiday villa with an excellent 8m x 3.5m swimming pool and the perfect arrangement of outside space in which to enjoy a great holiday in the Mediterranean sun.



The interior of Villa Delila is typically Mediterranean with light coloured walls, attractive terracotta tiled flooring and feature windows that make the most of the light as well as the attractive views across the valley to the green pine-clad hills of the Garraf Natural Parc. The furnishings are both comfortable and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a great family holiday.



The villa is situated in a peaceful and idyllic location on the edge of the small residential area Mas Mila, around 15 minutes by car from the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches.In addition, the world-famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away while numerous other world-class attractions are within an easy daytrip. The villa borders the world-famous Penedes Cava producing area and there are unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hiking, tennis and numerous water sports, right on the doorstep.



ACCOMMODATION

Villa Delila is a very well presented holiday home with accommodation arranged over 2 floors as follows;



Entrance Level

Villa Delila is built into the side of a hill and so is entered from the top level. The entrance level is accessed across a private courtyard.The front door of the villa opens into a hallway with doors to the kitchen, the air conditioned living/dining room and one of the bedrooms. Stairs lead down to the lower level.



The attractive open-plan living/dining space has high ceilings with a mezzanine just above the dining table. The high ceiling and large French windows help create a light and airy ambience. The room is stylishly furnished with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large TV and a good sized dining table seating 8 guests. Large sliding doors provide access to a small terrace with beautiful views of the green hills across the valley.



The mezzanine is accessed up a flight of steps and offers a quiet corner for those that might need it.



The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything necessary for a family holiday. There are sliding doors out to a delightful terrace with beautiful views, providing an ideal place to sit quietly and read or perhaps enjoy breakfast whilst appreciating the vistas.



The first of the four bedrooms is located on this level. This is a spacious double bedroom featuring a high vaulted wooden ceiling and views out over the surrounding hills. There is also a bathroom with shower located on this floor.



Lower Level

Stairs lead down from the entrance hallway to the lower level where the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. There is also direct access to the pool and garden area from this level.

Villa Delila can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;

Bedroom 1 – on entrance level – double bedroom with wardrobes and A/C.

Bedroom 2 – on lower level – master suite with built-in wardrobes & ensuite bathroom. Access to terrace and pool area.

Bedroom 3 – on lower level – small double with wardrobes. Access to terrace and pool area.

GARDEN & POOL AREA

So whether you want sun or shade, family fun and outdoor dining, or perhaps just a quiet corner to relax in, Villa Delila will have a place for you.Wherever you are in Villa Delila you will be able to enjoy beautiful views across the valley to the green pine-clad hills of the Garraf Natural Parc.



The pool area is perfectly set up for family fun in the sun with plenty of sunbathing space and a covered chill-out area with comfortable sofa. Stairs from the pool area lead down to a kids play area with football goal and swing to keep the children entertained. Access to the pool can be controlled by a gate at the end of the terrace.The upper terrace situated outside the kitchen overlooks the pool area and has spectacular unspoiled views. It’s comfortably furnished with a lounge area and coffee table. The lower terrace can be accessed from all 3 bedrooms and offers a dining area with a BBQ and connects to the pool area.



The courtyard at the front of the house is equipped with a playhouse, small badminton net and a swing, and is an ideal place for children to play out of the sun.
