The villa is on the countryside but only 1 km away from the beautiful town of Pachino which offers all services needed such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants, bank etc. the coast is less than 2 km away Marzamemi is 1.6 km there are equipped and free lidos where to enjoy a day on the beach. Minimum stay 7 nights;
From 19 July to 22 August 7 nights Saturday-Saturday,
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): on request and extra charge
A security deposit of 500,00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Pet allowed upon request at extra charge of Euro 100.00 per stay
