This place certainly worked for what we needed. It was a very adorable, pretty small flat. The fact that we were in the middle of a heat wave was definitely problematic, as there were only a couple of fans. (Would recommend getting at least 2 more if the weather continues as it has.) It also probably didn't help that England was playing in the World Cup at 4am and there was a pub outside the (necessarily open) window. Other nights were relatively quiet, despite the proximity. As advertised, the flat sleeps four, though for a family of four traveling with luggage, it was a bit of a challenge. There's good security for the location, though the main gate, for which we received a code, was never once locked. The patio area below is utilized by various people, who can sit on benches, and some did for many hours (which, again, with open windows made it feel a little less private that it might otherwise have been). But our section of flats was secured by a different coded door, which provided good security. The lock box was also very convenient. The proximity to amazingly great food and pubs is a big selling point. If you are interested in getting into the city central, it's doable, but not a short walk. There's also good access to some natural areas fairly close. Initial communication was a little spotty, but once we moved in, the host was very responsive, helpful, friendly. Maybe a little pricey for what it is, but it definitely filled our needs.
