La Casa De Louie is a warm and welcoming villa with panoramic seaviews in the peaceful coastal area of Ayia Thekla, just 50meters from the calm, family-friendly shores of Sirens Beach. With gentle waves, soft sand, and shallow waters, it's ideal for children to paddle and play. The nearby Ayia Thekla Chapel, set against a backdrop of sweeping sea views, adds to the area's quiet charm.
Set on a generous private plot, the villa offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The private swimming pool is perfect for family fun, with a surrounding wooden-deck terrace, sun loungers, and a shaded patio where parents can unwind. An outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ with extra seating make mealtimes easy and enjoyable, whether it’s a laid-back lunch or an evening cookout.
Inside, the open-plan layout creates a light and spacious setting for shared moments. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar connects to a dining area and comfortable lounge, where a large flat-screen TV with international channels offers easy entertainment after a day in the sun.
