We had an incredible stay at this villa! The views were absolutely stunning, the kind that you just can’t get enough of. The villa itself was very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The large pool was a highlight — perfect for cooling off during the day — and the outdoor area was beautifully designed for lounging, dining, and enjoying the scenery. Everything about our stay was comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. Highly recommended!Spyros responded very quickly to any advice and recommendations we requested. Great property for family gatherings

We had a lovely stay . Property had everything we needed. For us as a family it was probably a little bit remote but it made the holiday relaxing . You would need a car . Lovely views

Fantastic villa..amazing pool..a nice breeze to keep you cool.would recommend a car .shops are quite far away.buses run frequently and not too far..overall amazing place and spyros and Nicole were very helpful...we had a great 10 days

Heaven

The villa was everything we expected and more. It’s was clean, spacious and had everything you might need being home from home. We especially loved the pool and the incredible view. You obviously need a car if you want to explore but there are a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Try out the Cliff bar at the Grecian Park hotel. Awesome. Konnos beach is also dreamy. We loved the place and had a fantastic holiday Would highly recommended.

Summer Work Trip

Overall our stay was amazing, Spyros had great communication throughout, only down side is the key codes to enter the property were wrong and also the location was very difficult to find, more accurate instructions would have been helpful, the villa is incredible with amazing views! Perfect for friends and family, renting a car is a must or taxis.

Cosy Villa, great location!

Really spacious villa with so much room. Lots of facilities for cooking and washing etc. So many bedrooms and bathrooms, this was lovely. Protaras is so local which has so many restaurants and bars and the beautiful Fig Tree beach with water sports.Within walking distance there’s a lovely coffee shop and mini supermarket. The views when laying at the pool with the sea in the distance was gorgeous.The large driveway was also useful for the boys to play football on. It’s a gorgeous villa to stay in and I would recommend this. Spyros was available to message whenever we needed and was so helpful and kind.Only thing I’d say is it would be lovely to see more done with the grounds as there’s so much potential and a washing line also needs to be added, it was very windy in our stay so we couldn’t just hang washing on the balcony’s, and the only washing line is round the back in the shade and practically in the trees.

Dream Villa

This villa was phenomenal: the perfect home for our family vacation in eastern Cyprus. The location is impeccable: away from tourists, full of privacy and natural beauty, as there is a good distance from other villas, and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, and the sunrise, if you’re up early enough to catch it. You are a 5 minute drive to one of the most lovely beaches in Cyprus; 10 minute drive to Protaras in one direction and Ayia Napa in the other direction, both of which also have lovely beaches. The villa is spacious, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. I could see that some of the bedrooms had hidden trundle beds and rollaway cots, suggesting that the home could fit a lot more people than we had. The indoor living areas are also spacious, with lots of seating options and multiple dining tables. The kitchen had space for multiple cooks and was equipped with everything that we needed. The deck had ample seating and was well shaded for most of the day. A foosball table, board games, a full bookshelf, a television, and a large Bluetooth speaker ensure no one will be bored. And the infinity pool. It is perfection, inviting even the most hesitant swimmers to begin and end their day refreshed. In addition to the sea, the pool overlooks a yard full of pomegranate and fig trees, some of which were ripening in early August—figs were delicious! We would love to return one day, and we highly recommend this villa!

Great holiday, amazing villa!

We had a lovely time at the villa. Amazing pool and views of the sea. Each room in the villa was lovely, we normally find when renting a large villa that one of the rooms is a basement room or not as good a standard as the rest. This was not the case with this villa. Everyone loved their rooms. Would definitely return and recommend. Great overall service from Spyros who also recommended taxis to and from airport and when required throughout the holiday which was a great help as we had a party of 11. Overall a great holiday would highly recommend.

Family holiday

As a group if 10 adults and 1 toddler, we found the villa extreamly roomy with beautiful views, the villa itself is beautiful and very clean with plenty of extra helpful items such as Netflix, the service offered was amazing the communication between sypros and ourselves was brilliant, the local restaurants where great and the taxi service number we were given was also fantastic, as the villa is fairly far from shops and restaurants, if staying for two weeks a car would definitely be recommended to get around the island. There are some local beaches that are in walking distance as are a few restaurants. However the lidel is definitely a taxi ride away. In summary a beautiful villa with amazing views not a single complaint about the service or villa .

Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The views from the terrace and pool were lovely. Definitely recommend having a car as its an up hill walk from the supermarket. If you want to get a bus into Protaras you need to walk to the bottom of the hill, as the buses do not go past the villa.

Perfect family villa in amazing location!

My family and I had a blissful week stay at this villa and had the most wonderful time! The villa has so much room with 5 bedrooms - all air conditioned which you really need! Fabulous pool with a large terrace and plenty of sunbeds! You do lose the sun late afternoon on the terrace but there’s room at the side and back for sun worshippers! Both Spyros and Nikol were fantastically responsive where we needed help. It’s quite remote (very private) which we loved so a hire car might be needed however we just used the local taxis and they weren’t too expensive! Gorgeous local beaches and very good quality restaurants to choose from - all in all I cannot recommend this villa and location highly enough for you lucky people that decide to choose this villa for your stay.

Wonderful holiday, amazing memories!

We were 2 families, in total 9 people and we had a terrific, most enjoyable week at the Aegean Villa. Everything was perfect and we did not lack anything! The villa is very well equipped, the rooms and bathrooms are nicely spaced out and well divided. The pool is lovely - stunning view of the sea, plenty sunbeds and nice shade allowing us to be outside even when it was very hot. The location is terrific - but we had rental cars and drove everywhere, except when we wanted some exercise and then we enjoyed the lovely walkway at the bottom of the driveway. The villa staff we met before, during and after our stay were great! Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this villa if you want a quiet, not crowded, very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Together with the ability to easily visit the more tourist centered places, restaurants and taverns, when you wish! It was well worth every penny!

A lovely hillside villa but no evening sun

We were a party of 3 families staying for our daughter's wedding in Nissi Beach. This villa is lovely inside with plenty of space and out with infinity pool but not suitable for todlers or those where walking is limited. Bedrooms are all comfy and roomy but no long hanging space in wardrobes (for our long dresses for wedding). Konnos Bay beach is small but a lovely cove isnt too far certainly walkable although up hill a little on way back. Villa is sutuated half way between Aiya Napa and Protaras so I would recommend car to get around although there is a bus stop on main road by villa but villa has a very long drive way off a track so some taxis cant find it. The late afternoon wind whips round the corner in this villa when sitting outside and as you don't get any late afternoon or evening sun due to positioning it can be chilly to sit out. Don't expect any store cupboard items or any cleaning materials as you would have to supply everything yourself even bin liners. We had a few requests at the beginning but these were soon rectified. We arrived late and no welcome pack supplied but I gather this is now an option if requested. This villa is all about fantastic sea view.

Beautiful views

We stayed in the villa - 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The teenagers loved the nightlife in Aya Napa which was easy to get too but not on our doorstep. The villa has lovely views and a very nice pool - some refreshing breeze up here which was welcome. Nicole who looked after the property could not have been nicer and was very helpful about the air conditioning and letting us stay until a bit later on our departure day. Plenty of towels and sun loungers. The kitchen is fine but I do think it could do with a full sized dishwasher and it would have been nice to have some dishwasher tablets and a few kitchen cleaning materials - we had to buy big packs in the supermarket. Generally very pleasant and just as it looked in the photos

Aegean Villa

The villa was amazing with loads of space for a family, we never felt that we were living on top of each other. Views over the sea were lovely and we could watch the boats sailing, a pair of binoculars left at the villa helped with the view.The grandchildren in particular were excited every time they saw the Pirate Ship. The location was excellent far enough from Protaras and Aya Napa, to not hear any noise from night clubs etc, but close enough for a visit by taxi. The housekeeper was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, in all I would recommend any large family wanting to hire a villa in Cyprus to take a look at this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous villa with the most amazing view

The villa is beautiful and very spacious both inside and outside on the patio. We were a family of 10 with 2 small children and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had some minor issues that were dealt promptly with Spyros the owner. We arrived late in the evening and we did struggle trying to find the villa. As it was a little early in the season, the pool was a little cold. The beds are really comfortable. You definitely need a car as the main area for shopping and bars is a good walk. We used an excellent taxi firm called GO taxis. There is a lovely beach about 20 minutes walk called Konnos Bay and a really nice restaurant nearby called Raviolis. Pick up some food/drink supplies on your way to the villa as there is no welcome pack. Overall we had 10 lovely, relaxing days and would certainly recommend this villa for a nice and quiet holiday

Fantastic villa, very well equipped and great location.

Lovely villa with beautiful view and loads of space,. It is well equipped and has loads of seating inside and also outside on the veranda plus a full set of sun beds. The pool is really good and echoed daily to the squeals of happy. children. The large veranda gives shade throughout the day. The location is very convenient for Protaras and stunning Konos beach. The owner has was very helpful throughout.

The best sunrise and villa in Protaras

The sun rises directly in front of the villa, views are amazing, and being on the hillside means you get a nice breeze and shade in the afternoons which is welcome after hot days on the beach! The villa itself is so well set up for big families or groups, we want to come again!
