Perfect place for a quick trip to Minneapolis

House was cute and clean, location was a short drive to major attractions.Back alley was a little sketchy, but front of house seemed safer.Good communication for access.Would recommend!

Good MSP location

Clean property which gave us lots of sleeping options for our family of 6. Conveniently located within 20 minutes of most MSP attractions. Cool neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Great house, close to downtown!!

Excellent house, plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Clean, comfortable, safe and close to downtown!! We would definitely stay again!

Cute house with great amenities

Inside of the house was great and very clean. Lots of handy kitchen amenities and linens. While the house is a few blocks away from a really cool neighborhood, this block and the couple on either side I would describe as “up and coming”. Not terrible, but not super walkable or enjoyable to be outside. Parking is pretty tight but that’s the reality of the location. Really appreciate the toddler and baby amenities like highchair, bin of toys, and day beds in room.

Spacious Property and Great Location

This property was perfect for my group. The individual rooms felt very private when we needed space to ourselves and everything was very clean. Uptown (the neighborhood) had everything - grocery stores, bars, restaurants, shops - just outside the front door. And the option walk down Lake St. to the lakes was awesome.

Comfortable home, good location

My family of four stayed here Christmas week. The water the first morning was ice cold So I texted the host. She replied immediately and had her handyman stop by within the hour. We had hot water in record time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and we were quite happy with our stay.

Perfect for the family!

Check-in and stay were great. We are a big family so we love a full kitchen to cook. Everything we needed was there and the grocery store was only a couple minutes away. Thanks Rachael, the place was very homey!

Cozy & comfortable

Sleeps 14. It's a tight squeeze but clean, plenty of linens, and comfortable. The location is great, close to lots of places to eat.

Great hub for the weekend

Cute older home was perfect for family to meet up during weekend graduation activities. Kitchen had all we needed, lots of space to relax, more than enough rooms and beds for sleeping arrangements. Unique and comfortable!!

Family home

The kitchen and other amenities were well stocked. Felt like home. Enjoyed the Victorian style home and rooms. Safe neighborhood which was close to grocery and other shopping. Street parking was available and appreciated private park in back. Very nice and enjoyable.

Stunning and well appointed home, 10/10!!

I would recommend this home to anyone! In the heart of uptown, close to the lakes, gorgeous decor and furniture. Well appointed Kitchen both downstairs and upstairs-the second kitchen and second shower were a huge bonus for our big group. We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space. 10/10 would stay again! Wonderful thank you!!

Great place near great restaurants and bars

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for a few nights while visiting Minneapolis for a Vikings game. The location was a short ride to downtown for the game but we were just a short walk to several amazing restaurants and bars to keep us entertained. The house had two showers which was great for 4 adults and plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen had all that could be needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for letting us stay during our visit!

Great location! Such a cute character house!

This house was great for our family! We had 13, 11 adults and 2 kids. It was tight but we fit. There were a couple blow up mattresses that we managed to put a couple places. Very interesting and well maintained house. No issues with parking! So close to so many things! Great experience.

MN girls trip

The place was just as the listing stated, of course it’s an older house so you’ve got radiators and creaky stairs. I will admit, staying here during the winter wasn’t ideal just having to deal with all the parking/plowing. This would be an amazing stay in the summer or spring, so many great things around and the restaurants around were 10/10. There were a couple nails sticking out so hopefully that’s taken care of, as well as the upstairs bathroom window..it’s supposed to be frosted but I was still weary when in front of it especially, when getting out of the shower. All in all, I’d come back hopefully when it’s warm again! :)

Decent location...not great if it is hot

We stayed on what was a very hot week for Minneapolis. The upstairs bedrooms have window a/c the rest of the house does not which leaves the downstairs bedroom quite warm one of the window units wasnt working when we got there but they did replace it the next day. Their was a dvd player but no hdmi cable. There were many games but only a couple had enough parts to actually play them. The location was good, we had about a 15 minute drive to most things we wanted to do. The house was also clean.

Great vibe! everything you need,lots of space,2 levels,4 bedrms+other sleeping space,clean,solid

We absolutely loved this place. Our favorite urban VRBO yet. Everything I said in title & more. We were there for a mix of work & play with kids 5-17 & it had everything we needed, including washer/dryer/iron. Plus owners leave little snacks & extra condiments. Very sweet. Super clean. With 2 floors & lots of rooms & a couple common areas, big groups can hang together or get individual down time when needed. Great for a big family with kids who can have separate rooms. Two kitchens up & down also add. The location is terrific. Lots happening in that part of Minneapolis - great restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily get to downtown & west to the lakes & parks & museums - drive, uber, bus, etc. And there was indeed lots of street parking right in front. Nice front porch to people watch :) We'll be back, I'm sure!

I am from Green Bay Wisconsin and went to University of Minnesota Twin Cities-and loved the area so much I never left! An avid runner and hiker, I love all things outdoors! Writing and advertising were my previous career ventures before becoming a vacation rental host full time. I also love any excuse to travel :)

Great for big groups, business trips, and adventurers! The location and interior design are my favorite parts of my home! The immediate neighbors are quiet and friendly, and the neighborhood is vibrant and lively!
Its close to so many great restaurants and activities, as well as public transportation, that it really is the perfect place to get a taste of all that Minneapolis has to offer!

The tin ceiling, light fixtures, and kitchen remodel are my favorite spaces in the house. I added some unique decor and personal touches that make the hope extra cozy :)

There are 3 steps that lead to the front door. The master bedroom and a half bathroom are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms (one of them being the suite) are on the second floor.

There is a full bathroom upstairs, and the suite has a kitchenette as well as a big shower/tub.

Due to the showers being upstairs, I would not consider the home wheel-chair accessible
