Vacation house sleeps 4 a few steps from the small beach of Torre Squillace, a charming seaside resort on the Nardò coast, just minutes from Porto Cesareo.
The two-room apartment is modern and well equipped. There are: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, kitchenette, iron and ironing board, etc.
The standard two-room apartment is part of the I Sognatori complex, two independent apartments, each with its own equipped outdoor space.
In the shared garden there is space for car parking . Shared laundry space with washing machine.

A spacious shaded veranda is furnished with wicker lounge, table and chairs for outdoor dining. This veranda is exclusive, while the garden with ample green space is shared with the other vacation home.
The interior of the one-bedroom apartment is airy and cozy, well furnished and brightly colored.
The living area is a lovely eat-in kitchen. Two blue-colored arches form a trait d`union with both the bedroom and the hallway to the bathroom.
The room is a spacious and bright quad, furnished with a double bed + double sofa bed and TV. From the room you exit directly to the veranda.
The garden is fenced and there is parking for cars in the common area. There is also a laundry area with washing machine for common use.

The vacation homes in the I Sognatori complex are located in Torre Squillace, a marina in Nardò along the Ionian coast in the direction of Porto Cesareo.
The pretty little beach characterized by the 16th-century tower is just a 500-meter walk away. The center of Porto Cesareo is less than 3 km away.
Also very close is Sant`Isidoro, about 2 km, where all the main services are present in summer.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
