A contemporary holiday villa for 7 that is just a few metres from the beach. This semi-detached house with a private garden and a terrace, suits friends or families who want to have fun in the sun!

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area, which is furnished with a contemporary sofa and a flat-screen TV. The room is full of light thanks to glass doors that lead out to the terrace and the garden. The terrace includes a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco.

Back inside, there is a second dining table next to the modern fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Children will particularly enjoy the resort’s gardens, large swimming pool (additional fee) and a playground on the beach. Adults can relax on sun loungers by the shared pool whilst the children play in the water. The resort also has tennis and basketball courts (additional fee) as well as a bar and supermarket on site. There are sunbeds and parasols available on the beach, for a daily fee. On the seafront, by the resort, guests will find a range of restaurants and bars.

Stairs off the living area lead up to the three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and good storage.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This airy bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a private balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts to an additional single bed.

The apartment has two separate bathrooms, each with a shower, a basin, bidet and WC.

Location
With 10km of wide sandy beaches, Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. The beaches are particularly child-friendly beach and have good restaurants and bars. More active guests can enjoy scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground. For self-catering there are several good supermarkets close by, as well as some smaller shops.

There is plenty for visitors to do away from the coast, with many charming hill towns. Kruje (1 hour) is home to 5th-century Kruje Castle, as well as Kruje Bazaar which dates back to the 17th century. Here you can find authentic Albanian carpets, textiles and ceramics. There are also hiking routes in the surrounding mountains which range from the easy to the challenging. Adults will also enjoy a tour of Duka Winery and Vineyard (15-minutes drive) which includes wine tasting and a fine lunch.

Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square – Skanderbeg Square is a must-see. The city’s markets offer a window into everyday life. The New Market, Pazari Ri offers a wide range of local produce.

Tirana International Airport is just a 40-minute drive from the apartment.
