Villa Aqua Madalena is a family retreat lovingly created by Sónia and Filipe. Divided into 4 private units, each with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area, it’s ideal for families, digital nomads, or groups of friends.
🌿 AP3 – River: 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a terrace with sea and pool views. Spacious and peaceful—perfect to relax or work.
🏖️ AP2 – Beach: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, piano, and a cozy terrace. Great for families seeking comfort.
🍃 AP1 – Lake: 1 bedroom, lots of natural light, a sunset-facing balcony, and wide spaces for extra convenience.
🌊 AP0 – Ocean: Open-plan leisure area with bed, sofa bed, island kitchen, and a terrace with dining and lounge zones.
The large garden offers a saltwater pool, barbecue, arcade, firepit, outdoor cinema, volleyball net, and EV charger. Located in a quiet area, just 2 km from the beach and close to Porto. Professionally managed with services like cleaning, transfers, private chef, concierge, and more.
