The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful maisonette-style building. It is fully independent and exclusively available to guests. It is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood of Heraklion, offering an environment that ideally combines privacy with comfort. Access is via a separate outdoor staircase that passes through a garden (which is not intended for use). The entire first floor is at the guests' disposal.
The space includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an atmospheric “onta” — accessed via an internal staircase — a cozy area with a sofa bed and a desk. The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable three-seater sofa, while the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meal preparation.
The apartment features two bathrooms with showers and a separate gym room, ideal for moments of activity and wellness during your stay.
There are four balconies, offering natural light, pleasant ventilation, and the opportunity to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.
The property is easily accessible by car, with convenient parking available right in front.
It is located 2.9 km from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport, 1.5 km from the port, and 2.7 km from the center of Heraklion, providing direct access to the city’s key points.

The first floor is fully independent and has everything needed for a comfortable and private stay.
Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so we would like to share a few practical details:
The neighborhood is quiet, so we kindly ask you to respect the local quiet hours.
Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase. Please note that there is no elevator.
The entrance door is a sliding door and opens by pulling it.
Lastly, you may spot Hamlet, our family cat, in the garden. He is 8 years old, calm, friendly, and used to having guests around. If he watches you from a distance, that’s his way of saying hello.

!!!Climate Resilience Fee
According to Greek legislation, from January 1st, 2025, a Climate Resilience Fee is imposed on all tourist accommodations, including those rented via short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb).
For Villa Anel, the applicable fee is:
€8.00 per night from April to October
€2.00 per night from November to March
The fee is paid in cash upon arrival, and a legal receipt is issued. The amount paid to the Greek State is not income for the accommodation.
