The living room area feeds directly into the open plan kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary amenities and is ready for you to cook up a storm. Both bedrooms maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Both bathrooms adorned with contemporary finishes, adds a touch of luxury to your stay. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink on the balcony, overlooking the bustling streets of Wembley. The perfect spot to soak in the energy of the city. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out, enjoying some fresh breakfast in the kitchen, or winding down on the balcony.



Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with self check-in, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Getting Around:

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area with multiple parks in easy reach. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is closest to Wembley Park Station so you have easy access to anywhere in London. In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located on the upper floor and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.



The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

The heating in the home is adjusted by the remote control for the air conditioning. Press the up and down arrow to increase and decrease the temperature. Please note that it can take 20-30 minutes to feel the temperature change in the home after adjusting the air conditioning.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
