The Studio has a bedroom with spacious private balcony and private entrance overlooking a beautiful garden and has a bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. You access the studio up a wooden staircase at the rear of the property. On the side in the studio is a toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine with ample crockery and cutlery and touches to make you feel at home. Studio balcony is for sole use of AirBnb guests.

The Loft has its own kitchen with bedroom, and bathroom with amazing murals and designs in the lounge.

Close to Anglia and C2C stations direct from London with readily accessible bus and airport links and full fibre wi-fi. A great little get away behind a beautiful Victorian home . There is TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in is available if desired.

The House
Light, private, green space. Easy access to theatres, high street, transport systems and Sea. This street was once known as the coolest in Southend with Head of the Gas and Water companies both living here and also the Mayor’s son! Houses are spacious with beautiful ceilings and very large inside. Ask to see our gold, silver and white drawing room ceiling! Moving on to today we have a top quality tennis court at the end of the road and you can book online with us.

Other things to note
We have a cat who may visit you on the balcony. She is friendly and will enter the Studio if permitted. Do not be afraid of picking her up and putting her outside! There has been a fox den next door for years, and cubs can be heard and seen occasionally. Passion fruit adorns the balcony in autumn and is edible. Pear trees fill the garden and can be eaten.
