South facing Balcony with pleasant views while drinking a nespresso coffee.... !This tree lined street was once known as the coolest in Southend with Head of the Gas and Water companies both living here and also the Mayor’s son! Today we have a top quality tennis court at the end of the road in a small park and you can book courts online with us if you request in advance. The bedroom is ideal for one and cosy for two but has space for preparing snacks and an armchair. We have a beautiful, back garden, with mature fruit trees, leading down to the hidden C2C railway line; you are welcome to use the garden and fire pit if you give us due notice.
