We just finished our stay at the blackberry Lodge and could not be more pleased with the accommodations. We were celebrating my birthday with family and friends and upon arrival received a beautiful welcome message along with wine and fruit. They also allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which was very much appreciated. This is a wonderful place to stay with your large group. We enjoyed the amenities with the pool table and ping-pong table and hot tub. The home is very accommodating with everything you need to feel at home.

The house is very convenient for a group with all bedrooms having en suite bathrooms, and plenty of fun games and activities to do! The management company was very responsive and quick when we had a minor issue. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect house for a long-weekend reunion of ten 30-somethings. Each room has its own bathroom and the common areas are spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the complimentary 2pm check-in as well as the lovely welcome note and gifts. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Prospective guests should be aware that it could take up to 20 minutes for ride shares to arrive. Would stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay for our party of 8 that included two teenagers. The house had great entertainment amenities for our entire group. The hot tub was clean, well maintained & easy to use. The outdoor deck (focus on the outdoor dining tables & sofa) needed an updated cleaning so appeared nicer condition in the property photos. Overall, a very good experience. 4.5 stars.

Very well-equipped and grandkids loved the books and games in loft area. Large scale rooms with plenty of room to spread out. Convenient to Asheville. Bonus was the Black Bear that came through the yard during breakfast, grandkids were amazed and excited to see a live bear (through the front room windows). The three levels provide plenty of privacy for a group of ten.

Our family enjoyed the Blackberry Lodge!!! It was a quiet setting with loads of activities on site! The hot tub, fire pit and pool table were big hits!! The kitchen was well stocked. The outside grill was an added bonus! A bathroom in All five bedrooms was perfect for our family. Traveling into Asheville was an easy drive. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We did not have a chance to use the hot tub or fire pit.. Storms at night. I will say that this property lives up to the photos and advertisements. We did not have to do a thing but bring our bags in. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms, etc.. stocked. We were short one day of an essential but was told if we purchased they would reimburse us.Host was great.. Responsive within 5 minutes with any questions.We would definitely stay here again and or recommend highly.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Blackberry Lodge! This house is so spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is by far the most well-stocked VRBO in which we’ve ever stayed. The beds were comfortable and the entertainment options were plentiful! Several of us enjoyed the hot tub, but we all enjoyed the pool table & some competitive ping pong. The fact that the property is pet friendly was our deciding factor in choosing Blackberry Lodge. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect weekend getaway with friends

We had a wonderful stay! Spacious home, plenty of room for 5 couples to spread out and enjoy. Very well equipped kitchen. Quiet, beautiful property close to downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home for visiting with family and offering location near Asheville and Black Mountain but away from the busy areas.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well decorated making it a perfect space for a group of friends. The kitchen was also well stocked. We loved the open layout but there were still some cozy spaces for relaxing. The location was ideal - a quick drive to many of the areas attractions like the Biltmore Estate and The River Arts District. The host was very responsive, making everything easy from start to finish.

Property management was very responsive and helpful. Master bath could use more lighting and the locks on the kitchen patio door and master door leading to patio could use dead bolts. Fireplace was a big hit. Kitchen knives could be sharpened but give it an overall A.
