Beautiful arts and crafts home in the heart of West Asheville. From the minute you walk in, you will notice the high-end and high quality finishes this home was built with. Featured in 2020 Parade of Homes, this home offers the best of privacy and proximity to everything Asheville has to offer. The main living area contains many custom features including an open floor plan, modern kitchen, hardwood floors, a spacious and private master suite with an en-suite Ulta Luxurious Master Bath, 2 additional bedrooms and full bathroom, laundry and access to a nice deck overlooking the back yard. The lower level has a family room, custom wet bar, poker table, an additional bedroom, full bath all with painted concrete floors, radiant floor heat. The lower level also has a fully stocked game room/arcade consisting of a pool table, ping pong table, Pac Man arcade, NBA Jam arcade and even a Peloton Bike! As you walk outside you will find the Brand-New Hot Tub on the lower deck overlooking the scenic yard. In the yard you can play a game of Volleyball, Spike Ball, Cornhole, sit by the firepit, or relax on the hammock after a long day of exploring Asheville!

The house is located just a short 10-minute drive to Downtown Asheville and a 7-minute drive to the River Arts District.

Wonderful accommodations!

Nanas Branch house - Asheville, NC

My family and I had a pleasant and relaxing spring break at the Nanas Branch house. The property managers response time and follow up on items to be addressed during our stay was great, and we very impressed when a brand new coffee maker(original carafe missing) and fridge water filter was delivered and replaced within the next day of placing the request. House and hot tub were very clean and the front and back yards were well maintained. The master bath is LARGE and all bathrooms are modern in design. Be aware that the driveway has a steep decline, and it’s best to back in when parking. The mountainous location of the house provides a wooded backdrop, and you can still easily arrive to downtown Asheville within 10 minutes. The Biltmore estate and WNC Nature Center is only a 20 minute drive, and the Pisgah and DuPont parks can be reached within an hour of the house for some beautiful waterfall hiking. All in all a great trip, and the Nanas Branch house helped contribute to the memorable experience for everyone.

Beautiful House & great location

We had a great time! The house and scenery were beautiful. We were a short drive to every where we wanted to go. Easy check-in /check out. The property manager checked on us upon arrival and right before check out. Very professional

My friends and I stayed here and had such an amazing time! The house is beautiful, the area is nice, and the house contained all necessities that we needed. We could not have been any happier with our stay and plan to come back soon for another trip! Mighty Tree has great customer service and even followed up on our stay to ensure we had a great time while also welcoming any feedback. We will definitely be booking again.
