Beautiful property. Very clean. Right on the beach. All the amenities we needed. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful place. And you can’t beat the sunrise from this balcony.

A great experience

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and not too crowded, which made for a relaxing getaway. The resort was easy to access, and check-in was smooth. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo itself was well-equipped with a full kitchen, fun games, and a nice TV setup for winding down in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Not as expected

The actual rental was very nice. Close the beach with pools on site. It is listed as non smoking with a fee charges of you smoked in the rental. However, the building reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to hold our breath coming in and out of the elevator and in the main entrance. Despite the beautiful beach and lovely rental, I would not stay there again.

20th Floor & View of the Beach!

Our stay was very good. The owners are very nice and helpful with condo questions or local Myrtle Beach questions. Condo was clean and a nice size for a family of 4. Being on the 20th floor gives you a nice view of the Beach and the skyline to the North. The building the condo is in is a little older and the elevators had long lines a peak times. Overall a nice place to stay if you are in the area.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Dee and Steve were responsive to all questions asked. The property looks like what is pictured. My favorite part of the condo was the reclining couches in the living room! So comfy! Overall we were happy and satisfied with the amount of space. The kitchen is a big plus and the neighborhood walmart was the closest place to grocery shop and this place is on the beach so big plus!

Great Beachside Rooms with a Balcony view

Friendly hosts who communicate well. Rooms were clean and relaxing. Would stay here again. Thanks for the beach towels, we forgot to pack them!

"Granny & Gramps" Trip

This space was very clean & adequate for all of or needs. It had a beautiful view from the master! Great having 2 bathrooms. Steve & Dee were so helpful with questions.Created lots of memories! Thank you for sharing this space with us.

MB Getaway

We had a great trip and enjoyed the condo which came equipped with everything we needed, including linens. Steve and Dee were easy to communicate with leading up the the trip, during, and after. The ocean views were beautiful from the balcony as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in MB!

Clean Condo, Great Owner, Enjoyed the Stay!

Condo clean and well equipped with great views. Great communication from owner, check in/out process great! Resort common areas (lobby, pool bathrooms, ect) were a bit neglected and could have used some attention. But the condo was nice and we would stay again!

Perfect End of Summer Long Weekend

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property and its owners! They were extremely accommodating to us upon checkin and were very helpful. The condo was meticulously cleaned and had all necessary amenities including sheets, extra blankets, shampoo, conditioner, many towels, 4 beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, kids games, multiple smart TVs and charging ports in each room to make up for not many Wall outlets. A lot of thought has gone into the maintenance of this property. We cook a lot and had all necessary kitchen tools for each meal. The building itself is primarily clean. The front desk truly doesn’t help much, so if you have any questions whatsoever please ask the owners personally. I had asked the desk about a lost and found once and a band aid another time and they were nearly clueless about each. Although the owners aren’t present, they were always available for questions. Our family enjoyed the 2 pools, 3 spas, and immediate beach access which was open from 7am to 11pm and I believe this schedule helps with the safety of this property. There was ALWAYS at least one security guard during the day and 2 at night all night. We felt safe and secure and there were literally no issues. 5 days of convenience with young children on a beach is hard to find! Honestly if it weren’t for this condo we may not return to Myrtle because it’s so busy, but now we will for sure. Escaping back to the quiet condo was refreshing at the end of a busy day…thank you again!!

We spend our time traveling and live on the west & east coast. After Dee brought Steve to the south he just knew that they must spend more time here.
Steve is originally from Tulare, CA and is retired. Dee, originally from Shelby, NC and many years in Myrtle Beach, SC and is also retired. We met on Match.com in 2008 and were married in 2013. We live in Bakersfield, CA several months of the year to spend time with our 5 grown children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. Other months we divide our time between Lake James, NC and here in Myrtle Beach at our condo.
Steve is an avid motorcyclist and history buff. Steve and Dee can be found riding on their BMW motorcycle exploring little towns in the US and Canada. Dee enjoys photographing those adventures. We both enjoy our lake time with our friends and on our pontoon boat.
Our motto is "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by moments that take our breath away". We hope you will find memories here in our home in Myrtle Beach that take your breath away.

We chose The Palace Resort definitely for the view of the ocean, city and forest. The sunrise from the master bedroom/great soom is beyond belief. In the evening you can watch the sunset from the second balcony. We are in love with the sounds of the ocean
The location (1605 S Ocean Blvd) is perfect being 2 miles from the airport, walking distance to market, and nearby to local attractions. . Hopefully you will share in our love for our sanctuary and return again & again.
