Accommodates up to 6 guests in this 1183 sqft Angle Oceanfront 2 BR Condo (Partial Ocean View)-Located in the Palmetto Tower. As you enter the room youll have two private bedrooms. One with two queen beds and a king bed in the master. This condo also has two full bathrooms - one with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 3 TVs and 3 DVDs and free wireless internet.
Dunes Village Resort is consistently ranked one of the Top Family Friendly resorts in Myrtle Beach. It’s got an amazing private location in the residential section of the Grand Strand with plenty of places within a quick drive. Everything was great. The room wasn’t as pictured but had a lot of similarities, which was fine. Of course the main attraction “water parks “ was awesome.

Room was great for a family! Space and a large balcony, facing the waterpark and can still see the ocean! Dining room table and seperate bathrooms were a plus.

Excellent Spot!

Everything was awesome! We had no problems or issues. Everything I saw online was spot on. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when I needed to adjust the dates. So many activities and the indoor pools were a life saver considering it rained the entire time of our stay. I couldn't have been happier!

Spring Break 2025

Awesome property for a family vacation. My teens loved the beachfront experience. My 7 year old could not get enough of the indoor water park. Our condo was just as listed with a great view. Great food on site, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!! We will be returning.

Stay

The property was nice and accurately depicted in the listing. I chose this place because of the design/layout of the room. It is a very spacious and open living area with a full kitchen and floor to ceiling windows throughout the living area and master bedroom. It’s oceanfront and the neighborhood is nice. I gave 4 stars for location only because you have to drive to all of the attractions in the area.

Great Spot

We had a fabulous long weekend here. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. My teenagers had fun on the waterslides in the south tower. Saturday the indoor pools and slides were rather crowded but it was nice enough outside for us to stay out in the beach and by the outdoor pool.They were great about letting us stay and play on the day we checked out, holding our bags for us as our flight was not until later in the evening.My only complaint was the thin blankets on the bed and when we asked for heavier blankets we were given another thin blanket.

Dance convention

The address to the property was not accurate in the email but after calling to get the correct information, all was well. Room was nice and clean but needed a new chair. The one in the room was a little warn with a few tears. Wish we had time to enjoy all of the amenities but the dance convention prevented that. Will definitely be back.

Nice and Easy

Our experience was as easy as it gets. Our travel plans put us in MB late on a Friday night. No worries...The front desk was opened, people were friendly and the stay was great. Highly recommend.

Maintenance and Upkeep Lacking

Cleanliness of unit was poor. IK needed to call resort maintenance 3 times to fix the toilet in the master bedroom. I killed a Palmetto bug in the bathroom on the last morning of our stay.

Over charged/room not pictured

We have stayed at Dunes Village multiple times and when there is an issue it’s always corrected. The room we stayed in was not the same one pictured. You should see the one you are in not the best of that size. They corrected by giving 30% off next stay or a free upgrade. When I got home I saw I was over charged 153.36. I left a message early Saturday morning, even emailed them—and have heard nothing back. Disappointed in this trip does not explain it!
