この新しい（2017）、2ベッドルーム、2.5バスコンド "バイカー"はサライダの歴史地区の中心部に位置しています。 アーカンソーの川からわずか数歩、ボートランプとSteamPlantイベントセンターの隣にあります（結婚式やその他のイベントに参加する場合は非常に便利です）。 多くのサライダレストラン（Boathouseレストランは隣にあります）の近くにあります。、ショップ、ギャラリー、川公園など サイクリング、ハイキング、カヤック、ラフティング、チュービング、釣り、ジープライド、モナークスキー場での冬季スキー（短時間25分）、スノーモービルなどのアウトドアアクティビティをお楽しみください。
バルコニーからの山の景色や、グリルと余分なシーティングエリアがある屋上パティオをお楽しみください。
2つの広々としたマスタースイート（1つはキングベッド付き、1つはクイーンベッド付き）には、それぞれ独立したバスルームと広いウォークインクローゼットがあります。

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The location was perfect to hang out and enjoy downtown Salida and to go explore the area. Highly recommend. The place itself was super comfy and made our Xmas visit so much more wonderful.

Best location in Salida

We love this building. We have stayed in this unit 2 times. The hosts are very accommodating. The location can’t be beat. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen.

The Biker is conveniently located within walking distance of Salida's evening entertainment. A couple of reviews mentioned hearing music at night time from local establishments. I only heard music one of the six nights and that was because I had my bedroom window cracked for fresh air. The Biker is as pictured and described in the listing. It is very secure as is the parking inside the building. It is an elevator building that helps when carrying a lot of luggage. Great views with sunset easily enjoyed from the balcony. There is a deck on top of the building that can be accessed by all tenants and it has a 4 burner weber grill, a faucet and sink for dish clean-up and a table with four chairs for dining. There is a game room next to the elevator that has table tennis and a foosball table. The condo itself is clean and very nice. the room with the king sized bed had a little extra room where you can work-out and a big walk-in closet to store your suitcases. The Hosts are GREAT! We had a problem with the blender and we just bought a new one and the Hosts reimbursed us immediately. The oven is a little tricky so read the owners manual that is in the drawer under the living room TV. We kept turning it off when we turned off the timer. Finally, the inbuilding parking is really a plus. We are planning on renting this condo again next year.

Gem of a stay

I love staying at "the Biker" condo. This was my third year in a row and I'll definitely be back. It's a cozy spot right in the heart of downtown Salida. The owners are super pleasant and the condo has all the amenities you would need.

Perfect place for a getaway

Exactly as pictured. This is right in the heart of Salida. Nice floor plan with a bath room in each bedroom. Beautiful place!

Great location!

We again enjoyed ‘The Biker’ condo. Perfect location for river play, shopping, eating out, or staying in. It is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Biker condo. Everything was spotless, comfortable beds and great showers. Location just off the river and main dining and entertainment district made walking to eat and enjoy the area easy. Will definitely book the Biker when we return.

We have made this an annual visit. Great location, very clean. We love having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to be comfortable and make meals. Also many great restaurants in walking distance!

We (Anneke and Matthijs are from the Netherlands. We visited this area in 1992 for the first time and instantly fell in love with the beauty of the Southern Colorado mountains and the Arkansas River. We then moved to the South of Colorado in 2004. We specifically love Salida, a bustling little town about three hours southwest of Denver. It is a real adventurer’s paradise that has created a climate ripe for year-round outdoor sports, including biking, skiing, kayaking, and—what the city is best known for—white-water rafting. Each year, Salida hosts FIBArk on the Arkansas River, the oldest white-water festival in the country. The town has been gaining just as much attention for its burgeoning arts scene. Blocks lined with colorful Victorian buildings make up the largest historical district in Colorado. Our Condo is in a new building that has been designed to perfectly fit in this historic setting, next to the boat ramp to the river and the historic SteamPlant event center. We hope you enjoy our Condo "the Biker" and Salida with all its restaurants, parks and river activities just steps away from the front door.

We bought this property because of it's prime location in the heart of Salida's historic district on the Arkansas river and next to the Steam Plant event center where many exciting events are being organized. Many restaurants are just a few steps away. Eventually we want to retire in Salida and enjoy all the activities and the beautiful environment.
