Older but charming holiday home with panoramic views of Diernæs Bay. The holiday home is furnished with a kitchen with dishwasher in open connection with the living room, where there is a wood-burning stove and access to the partially covered terrace. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a nice annex with a further double bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest toilet located right by the exit to an outdoor shower. The elevated plot on the sunny side means you have 90-degree sea views with sunrise from the terrace. With the nearby deciduous forest and just 100 metres to child-friendly Sandersvig Beach, the house is ideally located for a family who wants to enjoy nature and laze on the beach. There are two kayaks at the house that you are welcome to use.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
