Perfect for families, the house offers a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and single bed, the other with two bunk beds), and a well-equipped kitchen with induction stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Step outside and relax on the private terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill, all surrounded by a beautifully landscaped 665 m² garden. Children will love the outdoor play equipment, while adults can enjoy the peace and comfort provided by electric heating and an energy-efficient air/air heat pump. This is the perfect base for both cozy indoor days and fun summer evenings outdoors. Øster Hurup is a charming seaside village on the Kattegat coast, known for its shallow, child-friendly beach, warm waters, and relaxed holiday atmosphere. In summer, the town comes alive with concerts, events, and local charm – especially the Øster Hurup Summer Concert and the green Fruerlund Park. Whether you want to enjoy nature, swim with the kids, or stroll to the town center’s shops and cafés, this location offers it all within walking distance.
