Cheviot Manor, a three-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, two fridge/freezers, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and fridge/freezer, dining room with seating for 15 people, sitting room with Smart TV and open-fire, snug with Smart TV and open-fire, and game room with pool table and a Playstation 4. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes, second-floor double, two doubles, twin, second-floor twin, and single, with two bathrooms, a shower room, and a cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area, and picnic bench and private parking. Dogs welcome. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is available for an additional charge and must be arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival.
From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at £42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis.
Children under the age of 14 are not charged for pool use
The swimming pool is unsupervised and used at guests’ own risk
Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and lone swimming is not permitted for anyone under 18
