Woodstock in Chaffcombe, Somerset sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.
Woodstock is nestled in a tranquil rural setting and offers the best of both worlds – a relaxing escape surrounded by beautiful countryside, while still being within easy reach of the coast and the area's seaside attractions. Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. There is a pond in the garden - for safety reasons only children aged 5 and above can be accommodated. Important: if you wish to bring children under the age of 5, please contact Sykes before making your booking - the owner will be happy to discuss the available options with you prior to confirming your stay. Woodstock consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, kettle, toaster, dining room with seating for six people, sitting room with Smart TV and wood burning stove, and snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a second floor double, and a single with pull-out trundle bed. Ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio seating areas and pond, along with off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog up to the size of a fully grown Labrador is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Only a 20min car journey from the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, pub in 2.6 miles, lake 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for wood-burning stove, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Note: Stairs are steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP350.
