The Space:

This newly built property offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The air-conditioned living area opens directly to the terrace and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, glass coffee table, and HD television with Dish Network and Apple TV, ideal for cozy movie nights. The interior is designed in soft white and gray tones, creating a sleek and relaxing ambiance. Behind the bar with stools, the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a gas stove, electric oven, espresso and filter coffee machines, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy meals al fresco at the outdoor dining area on the covered terrace, which seats six. The highlight of the outdoor space is the heated 9x3-meter pool, bordered by sun loungers and surrounded by a terrace that boasts stunning views of the surrounding hills. An outdoor lounge and gas barbecue complete the setting, ideal for sunset cocktails and relaxed dining.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including the two bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, kitchen, living area, outdoor terrace, heated swimming pool, and on-site parking.

Getting Around:

A private parking area is available at the entrance of the property for guests who choose to rent a vehicle during their stay. St-Barths is best explored by car for convenience and flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

The heated outdoor pool is operational from November 15 to April 30, with water temperatures ranging between 27°C and 30°C, depending on weather conditions. The owner is not liable for lower temperatures due to exceptional weather or technical failure, provided all reasonable precautions are taken.

The air conditioning must be used responsibly by keeping windows and doors closed during operation and switching it off when not in use. Misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Wi-Fi is available for guests’ use and must be used lawfully. The owner is not responsible for service interruptions beyond their control, and no compensation will be given for temporary outages.
