Great Location

The house had everything we needed for a long weekend in Steamboat. It was close to town and the ski mountain in a nice neighborhood. Our family had a great time.

Fun house with character and lovely view

Such a lovely home tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great for families or group of friends. Very clean and comfortable, had all the amenities one could need. Only a few minutes from downtown and ski resort. Easy check in and check out. Loved the style and decor of the place, so fun and unique!

Fun stay in unique and colorful home

We had a great stay at Casa de Nieve. Loved the colorful interior aesthetic and all the beautiful tile. Only notable disappointment was the patio and backyard, which were surprisingly neglected and unkept. Great location, just a couple miles from downtown Steamboat Springs. A nice addition would be recommendations from the owner covering top attractions and activities, and favored restaurants and bars.

Cute charming cottage perfect for our party of four

Clean and charming with eclectic design and decor. Must be an artist in the family with lots of paintings and crafty work. Close to town and ski resort. We’d stay again.

Great spot for skiing!

The house is cozy and eclectic and can comfortably fit a big group! Some things in the house could use an update but it was good overall!

Unique and family friendly

Our 3 generation group stayed for 5 nights and were very happy with the house. It had plenty of room for kids and adults to play. It has a backyard, but even better is the playground and park right across the street! The dishwasher and washing machine and dryer are newer and worked well. We also were able to access the river bike/walk path to get to town, which we used daily. The master bath and shower were awesome and beautiful! The artwork in the house made it really unique and we truly enjoyed our stay here in Steamboat.

Happy time in Steamboat

Definitely eclectic and fun. Lots of room to spread out. There were five of us and we all had plenty of space. Gas fireplace was very nice. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked. Vacasa communication was excellent. Only down side any of us had was that there was so much extra stuff that it was hard to keep our possessions separate from the house’s! And the couch was pretty well worn. A little ways away from the slopes, but we knew that and didn’t mind at all. Great view of the ski mountain and dry quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Nice place, but too much stuff

The house is cute, but there is so much stuff in the house I'm sure it's hard to keep all of the nicknacks and the home clean. The floors were very dirty. The knives are so dull they are dangerous to use, I spent 40 mins cleaning the the pots and pans before we could use them. There is no microwave, the beds are very uncomfortable, and there is so much furniture it's hard to move around the house. Oh! And there are no wine glasses, so plan on drinking your expensive wine out of canning jars.

Like home but better!

This place was the best vrbo I've ever stayed in. It was a beautiful house with plenty of room and close to downtown. The vacation management company was excellent as well! They were quick to respond to my inquiries and helped make our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

Great house, great location, awesome kitchen

We stayed here for a long weekend to attend my son's wedding at a ranch near Steamboat. This house is tucked into a small quiet neighborhood just west of town. It was perfect size for the four of us. I highly recommend it.

Homey Steamboat stay

The place was very well decorated and had plenty of room with three bedrooms, extra beds that could accommodate others and a large second floor study area that made working remotely easy. There were some quirky aspects that were not completely charming: no microwave, and utensils and pots and pans that were worn and mismatched. Overall, a very nice stay.

Comfort with more than a splash of color!

Such a fun and funky home! We all loved the bright colors and the unique artwork (need to make artwork available for purchase!). Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for our large family meals. Very comfortable living room for relaxing with plenty of seating. Overall, we really loved the house and our stay.

Snow House in the Summer

Our family really enjoyed spending time at this place over a long weekend. The interiors are bright and fun and the kitchen was top notch. One thing we really enjoyed was the view out back over town and on to the ski area. Pretty incredible to watch the moon rise over Mt Werner. The kids has a blast at the park across the street. All in all, this a a great family retreat in Steamboat.
