The amazing top-floor home has three bedrooms and a loft. Recently remodeled with a contemporary feel, this home is located less than three blocks away from world-class skiing. There are two main bedrooms, one on each level. The loft has extra sleepers. The full-size washer/dryer will knock out all of the dirty laundry so you can even afford to pack light for your trip. You'll also have a brand new fireplace and a large TV in the living area, plus a balcony overlooking the mountain, and a well-equipped kitchen area to play around with tonight's home-cooked meal.

Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot

Super convenient to the mountain and getting to town. Shuttle makes ski days incredibly easy and so much space.

Steamboat rocks

Place was dated but fine for our group. Loved the large table, but the furniture was uncomfortable and worn out. Also need to restock the kitchen. 4 spoons? Not enough glasses or forks, non stick pans need replacing,etc. washer and dryer great. The common area with three hot tubs were convenient as well. The location was good and we love steamboat.

Spacious home

The home has plenty of space and is a quick shuttle ride to the base. There are three hot tubs which is nice during snow season. The unit has plenty of supplies (pots, pans, plates, etc) which isn’t always found in rental units.

Overall, a nice stay. The coach and chairs in the living room are older and not very comfortable. Otherwise, as advertised, kitchen well stocked, frequent shuttle service, clean hot tubs etc.

Spacious and clean

Very good location for getting to the mountain and town, and had plenty of room for 8 people. Our only issues was having to wait for shuttles to and from the property as the shuttles are small and there are people waiting in line.

Great holiday getaway

We had two great nights with family from Guatemala. They loved the pool and the hot tubs and access to all the fun Steamboat has to offer. The place is spacious, as advertised, and has lots of kitchen gadgets and cookware. Thank you for letting us use your nice place!

Very nice property with pool, hot tub and tennis court.

This was a nice property, close to everything we wanted to do, had a pool, hot tub and tennis court, which we utilized. The kitchen was well stocked and the accommodation was very comfortable.
