Bring the great outdoors in with this rustic-chic, cabin-style condo! Enjoy a choice location situated just 100 yards from the shops and restaurants of Steamboat, as well as the gondola up to the slopes. Explore the mountains year-round; summer offers plenty of opportunities to hike, bike, and watch an outdoor film. Check Steamboat Ski Resort’s calendar for the chance to catch the Art on the Mountain, the balloon rodeo, or the wine festival.

An inviting living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace will help you unwind after a fun day spent skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. On-site perks include indoor and outdoor community hot tubs. The cabin-like interior is warm and welcoming, with lots of plush seating in front of the flat-screen TV. Warm up by the fireplace, conveniently controlled by a thermostat next to the mantel. Step out onto the deck for a breath of refreshing Colorado air. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for whatever cuisine you want to prepare. Several can sit at the kitchen bar and help the chef chop and prep! The condo is spacious and fully furnished with a large TV for your viewing pleasure. Rustic beam detailing can be seen on the ceiling in some of the rooms in this charmer. The loft overlooking the living space is perfect for gatherings and playing a game or two. Sink into pure comfort during your mountain getaway!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had plenty of room was well kept.and was easy to walk to the entrance for the ski lift. When we had maintenance needs, they were taken care of right away.

Nice and clean

We had a issue with a bed but they were able to fix it the next day. Place was nice and clean. Everything was so near loved our stay here.

Great location

The unit is nice and comfortable for a family. Location is great. Building is older and not as convenient to move suitcases up to the ground floor elevator (a few steps up). But, overall it’s nice and I would stay there again.

Great location!

Spacious two floor condo, easy walk to the base of steamboat. Condo and building were dated, but the condo was clean, kitchen came with all necessary appliances, beds were firm and the water pressure strong. The biggest challenge was finding the entrance to the building due to the amount of snow accumulated. There was a narrow walkway carved out of the snow banks. Parking is offsite, but we found temporary parking to unload our bags. Vrbo was prompt in communication.

Great property

We had a great stay. However not sure where I should write this but one of the burners on the stove didn’t work, the main level toilet the water kept running on the cistern we had to flush multiple times to stop it. No large shopping board to cut pizza on so that was a little hard. Didn’t have any communication with property manager on the phone so little hard to rate that. Apart from these little things the property was great and we enjoyed our stay also a bonus that they let us check out at noon. Would stay here again.

Great unit bad property management

Vacasa’s property management contact in Steamboat (Drew) was an absolute nightmare to work with. Disorganized and showed up an hour late to check-in meeting which we had to travel to off site from the unit. There is no parking by the unit currently because the garage was condemned, so public paid for parking a few miles away was the only option. Other than that, the unit was clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great location and view.

We booked a 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom through Turnkey for our trip to Steamboat. It was clearly advertised as a Three Bedroom/2BA multiple times in the listing. When we checked in we noticed it was a TWO bedroom with an open loft that is connected to the other bedroom upstairs. The loft has zero privacy and is really just a small open space they stacked two bunk beds in and called a bedroom. This was supposed to be the "3rd bedroom." We called and asked to move at 3pm, in which they said they would try and find something else for us. Nobody contacted us for over 2 hours so we called again (still waiting to unpack to see if we were moving) and they said they would try again. At 8pm we called again and they did not call us back that night. The next day they informed us they couldn't find us another place. To make it right they gave us a 20% of our booking cost back, but ruined an entire day of our vacation - not too mention a couple had zero privacy the entire trip.Will never use TurnKey again and I suggest you don't either.

Skiing Paradise

Great spot for skiing with a Birdseye view of night skiing area and the base of the mountain. Had a great time Condo is very well supplied for cooking!
