Private house on two floors overlooking the lake and three islands. The house is organised on 3 levels and it suitable for family holidays. The top floor has three bedrooms and a large bathroom with window. All rooms have closets, chests of drawers, windows with views over the lake, the alps, the garden and the village of Baveno. The lower floor has a main entrance, a hall with staircase leading to top floor, a small bathroom, open kitchen with balcony leading to the garden. The living room has a dining table, two sofas, bookshelves, a fireplace and a french door leading to the magnificent terrace with another dining table and a large sun curtain. From the kitchen balcony a stone staircase leads to the garden with a patio and a pergola. From the garden a door leads to the laundry room with large sink, washing machine, ironing facilities
including drying racks. Here you can also find children toys + inflatable kids' pool and dingy. Just outside the main door a pebbled pedestrian path leads to the lake shore and beach. The open private garage is located at the top of the pedestrian pebbled road leading to the house entrance. Extra free parking is available in the vicinity. The property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. The house is in Roncaro, a former rural village with a small church and a children's park with slides and swings. It is 1 km away from Baveno. Walkers can take a pebbled path just outside the house gate which leads to the lake shore in less than 5 minutes if you fancy an early morning swim. Further along the lake shore you can find cafés and bars, a bakery, excellent delicatessens, good icecream, a weekly market with fresh fruit and vegetables and three supermarkets. In Baveno you can also find a hairdresser, a spa, massage, a pharmacy and the post office. The area offers sailing, golfing, tennis, horse riding, hiking, climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bike riding and many other sports facilities.
