This home features grand living spaces for socialising and entertaining, a luxurious leisure suite for relaxation, spacious and elegantly designed bedrooms, beautiful outdoor areas, and breathtaking views across the Menai Straits and Snowdonia. Every detail has been carefully crafted to offer both comfort and elegance, making this home a perfect sanctuary for family, friends, and guests.

Grand Living Spaces
Upon entering, you're welcomed into a grand entrance hall that leads to a variety of spaces designed for entertainment. To the right, the restored ballroom provides a magnificent setting for hosting parties and soirées. On the left, the peaceful library offers a quiet escape for reading or reflection. The family cinema room is perfect for film lovers and sports enthusiasts, while the main hall features a sofa large enough for up to 20 guests. The elegant drawing room serves as a quiet, adult-only space for relaxation, and it opens into the large dining room, with a stunning table seating up to 20. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern features, including a breakfast bar area with a TV.

Leisure Suite
At the back of the ground floor is the impressive games room, featuring table tennis and air hockey for a bit of friendly competition, or a yoga space with lovely views over the garden. The dining area, with its retractable wall-to-ceiling windows, extends to a patio and terrace that overlooks the sprawling gardens and offers uninterrupted views of the Menai Straits.
