This bright and modern 42 m² studio is perfectly located on the beachfront in Empuriabrava, offering stunning sea views and accommodation for up to 3 guests. Situated on the 16th floor, the studio features a double bed and a single sofa bed, making it ideal for couples or small families looking for a relaxing coastal escape. The private 8 m² terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset views over the Mediterranean.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The studio also includes air conditioning in the living area, Wi-Fi (optional), a TV, and heat pump heating. Garden furniture on the terrace adds to the comfort of this well-appointed space.

Located just 50 meters from the sandy beach and close to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, the studio is in a lively area ideal for beach lovers and explorers. Better than I expected at this price point. The Wi-Fi connection held up well for work calls and emails, which was important to me. The kitchenette had all I needed to prep meals quickly after busy days outside. Good spot if you want both work and some downtime by the sea.
