This cosy flat offers a comfortable and functional space, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. With capacity for 3 people, it has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Its wide corridor connects all the rooms, from the living room, equipped with a chaise longue sofa and a 40' Smart TV to enjoy time together. From here we find the bathroom, which has everything you need, and at the end of it we find a charming interior patio equipped with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet read.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is bright and equipped with everything you need, with a practical high table ideal for sharing meals and special moments.

On the roof terrace of the building, which is accessed by stairs, guests can enjoy a solarium shared with only two other homes. This communal space is equipped with hammocks and a chill out area ideal for sunbathing, disconnecting and enjoying the good Canarian climate. Also on this floor are the washing machine, dryer and cleaning utensils, all for communal use.

Located in Vecindario, a quiet and well-connected residential area in the southeast of Gran Canaria, this property is the ideal starting point to discover the best that the island has to offer. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is just a 30-minute drive away, where you can stroll through the historic quarter of Vegueta, visit the Elder Museum of Science and Technology, enjoy the lively Playa de Las Canteras beach or visit the emblematic Castillo de La Luz on Calle Juan Rejón.

From Vecindario you can also explore charming villages and unique natural areas. Agaete, a beautiful fishing village in the northwest, is about an hour's drive away, as is the Tamadaba Natural Park and the Doramas Rural Park, ideal for hikers and nature lovers. Closer by, about 45 minutes away, is Arucas, a pretty village at the foot of the volcano ‘La Montaña de Arucas’.

For those seeking iconic landscapes, the Parque Rural del Nublo and the iconic Roque Nublo are just over an hour away, perfect for day trips. You can also visit Telde, with its interesting history and culture, just 20 minutes away, or discover the archaeological site of Cueva Pintada in Gáldar, which has a park and museum, around an hour's drive away.
