The well-furnished interior apartment "1B SRV" is located in Vecindario, in the southeast of Gran Canaria, just a short drive from the sea. With 75 m², it features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fans, and a TV. Please note: the apartment has a 15L water heater. For groups larger than 2, it is recommended to stagger showers (allowing approximately 20–30 minutes between each) to ensure everyone has hot water.



Thanks to its central location in the city, you'll find supermarkets, a bus stop, cafés, restaurants, and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk (100-500 m) from the apartment. The nearest beach, Playa de Pozo, is 10 minutes away by car (5 km). Other beaches can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car, and the popular sandy beach Playa del Inglés is a 20-minute drive (20 km) west in the coastal town of Maspalomas. The center of Gran Canaria offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling, and the island's largest city, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, is a 30-minute drive (37 km) north. The island's airport is just 15 minutes away by car (13 km).

Yes, some new build issues such as grates being not secured and cockroaches found but when I asked for extra towels I was helped efficiently. Centrally located.

We enjoyed our stay in Vecindario.

Pros: The property was very clean. It was very useful to have a large fridge/freezer, full oven and washing machine. Location was good with a car and parking was always available nearby. Large grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive. Vecindario is a good location for travelling north and south in Gran Canaria via the GC1. Cons: The property could use a few more mugs, plates and microwaveable dishes.
