Nice and central accommodation close to nice beaches and the pulse of the city. Welcome to this family-friendly, fresh and nice apartment with its own balcony on the second floor of a centrally located villa. The apartment is located with a view of the sea, harbor and central Lysekil in a quiet and pleasant area within walking distance of Gullmarsbaden's wonderfully nice and child-friendly sandy beach. From here you are also within walking distance of the summer town's city center with everything that entails such as market stalls, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. Via a staircase on the side of the villa you first reach the apartment's balcony with summer furniture and further through the entrance door into a welcoming hall from which you then reach all the rooms in the apartment. The apartment has a nice kitchen with kitchen furniture, stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, large living room with dining room furniture, sofa bed and armchair, two bedrooms, one with a single bed and a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment's balcony area with summer furniture (barbecue not allowed) is located as a private oasis in a lush environment, a lovely place where you can enjoy a good meal and discuss the day's adventures or plan new excursions. The first floor of the villa is at the disposal of the owner. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the farthest point of the sea. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us walks in nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. Several nice shops with a range for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the little train around Lysekil, during the trip you will also get a little history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th centuries. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards the North Harbour, which in recent years has become a promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a nice summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset that is reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjorden and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's boathouses and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, you can swing your club on Holma's fine 18-hole course. Welcome to one of Bohuslän's pearls along the west coast!
