The villa area borders Kungshamn's sports and playground area with skateboard ramps, cable cars, climbing frames, football fields, etc. The villa's location is also perfect for those who want to live near salt baths and the center of Kungshamn. It is within walking distance to several baths, piers and boathouse areas where you can sunbathe, swim, jump from a trampoline or fish for crabs, at Tången's bathing area there is also a disabled ramp. Feel free to take a trip down among the boathouses, maybe a fishing boat has come ashore with the day's catch that you can buy and enjoy. On lovely summer evenings, it is a given to gather on the villa's patio and enjoy the delicacies of the sea such as fresh shrimp, crayfish or a well-stuffed crab. The villa is on one level with an associated large patio area with a pergola roof over the dining area. Through the cottage's entrance you enter an open and pleasant layout with a hall, open kitchen with dining area and a TV corner with a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one with a large double bed of 200 x 200 cm, one with two single beds and one with a sofa bed, living room with large corner sofa, a large bathroom with SPA bath, shower and underfloor heating, a toilet with underfloor heating and a laundry room with washing machine. Through the kitchen you reach the cottage's large patio area with summer furniture. At the back of the villa there is a lawn with various play equipment, a nice place for all kinds of games and games. The villa has fiber connection. On Sotenäset and in the surrounding area there are several fishing and stonemason communities with swimming areas as well as coastal paths and roads with views of the Bohuslän archipelago. Kungshamn and adjacent Smögen also offer the opportunity to rent a kayak or boat so you can explore the beautiful archipelago all on your own. If you want to take a look under the sea surface, there are diving opportunities both from land and boat. From Kungshamn you can take a taxi boat and visit the Hållö lighthouse or to Smögen and continue experiencing archipelago life and the archipelago environment on the now world-famous pier with bustling people, shops, restaurants and a variety of different boats. A nice choice for a day trip is a visit to Nordens Ark, a zoo where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. There, in beautiful nature, you have the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or come face to face with the world's largest cat, the Amur tiger. In Väjern there is also Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility with a gym, wellness and indoor swimming pool.
