This ground-floor condo includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with accommodations to sleep 6 comfortably. This unit is located close to the pool which is heated! Wi-Fi is available as well as DIRECTV and Netflix. A washer and dryer is provided in the unit. (Detergent too) Bring your K-cups for the Keurig! Whitecap beach is just minutes away. Small dogs are allowed and there is parking for your boat in the parking lot off of Whitecap.

Great vacation

I was really worried as i had booked a condo with Vrbo but the owner had to cancel because of an unexpected water leak. I immediately got on the website and found a replacement. Vrbo had a condo about the same price and i got it It was great spot very comfortable and was access able to the beach restaurants and food stores .just got back and had a wonderful time/ i will definitely use Vrbo again.Thanks

Cozy home away from home

Great condo with responsive host

Beautiful property a few blocks away from Whitecap beach with several restaurants and stores closeby. The property had a gorgeous pool that was great for both kids and adults. The host communicated well and responded quickly to questions/ issues. Will look to book again in the future.

Close to pool and everything you for your stay!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay, everything we needed to cook and close enough to pool and propane bbq pit was great! Host was amazing and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Our Annual Stay at the Beach

We have been going to North Padre every summer for years. This condo was very attractive and extremely clean. It had a beautiful pool right outside our door. Kathryn, the property manager replied to any question immediately. It was a quick drive down Whitecap to the beach. We would love to stay there again.

Great for families!

The condo is single level and just steps from a kid-friendly pool - no deeper than 4’, beach-style entry, completely fenced, spacious lounging area with lots of pool chairs. The condo is larger than it appears in pictures - spacious beds and baths with TV in each room.

Extremely Clean

This is a wonderful condo, that's clean and has lots of fun little touches. Even though it's not on the beach, the pool is wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly and the property is very well kept. Aside from some technical issues, our stay was awesome!

Lovely Home

Home was beautifully decorated and loved the paintings on the walls. Has everything you need for your stay. We were surprised how quite it was for a housing complex and specially right next to the Pool. When you get inside, you do not hear much of what is going outside. Host Kathryn was very nice and was ready to answer any questions or concerns we had. Also, it is quite close to stores, gas stations, beaches and etc... Definitely we recommend this place.

Planning on Returning

We have stayed at a few different locations in and around the Corpus/Mustang Island area and this location by far has been the best. It was clean and comfortable and the AC worked great for the 100+ degree days we had. It is pet friendly and our dogs enjoyed the stay too. The pool was great for our 4 kids and the area around the pool had multiple shaded spots to sit out of the sun. Only drawback is that their isn't much grass around the property for the dogs but everything out weighed that issue. I highly recommend staying here!

retirement get away

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was perfect for us. The location on the island was outstanding. The condo is right next to the pool and the parking is very close as well. This is a pet friendly condo and complex which was great for us as we brought our fur baby with us. Our host Kathryn was outstanding and responded immediately to all of our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend some time in the coastal area. We will definitely book again in the future!

Convenient to beach

We had a few issues with cleanliness of linens and a few other things. Tried to get resolved but to no avail. Host was very responsive throughout our stay, then just stopped answering my emails in a timely manner after we checked out.
