U'Marranzanu Exclusive Relais - 1-Bedroom House Without an Outdoor Area
The residence is located at 15 Vico Caramanna in the Crocifisso neighborhood, in the historic city center. The property, created through the restoration of an old building dating back to the late 1800s, consists of two residential units. One, measuring approximately 40 square meters, which once served as the “stable” of the main building, features an entryway, a living room with a TV, a folding console table that unfolds to serve as a surface for breakfast or meals, and a stone kitchenette. This area also features a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate a third adult or two children; above it is a spacious loft that serves as a minimalist bedroom equipped with an electric skylight, TV, and a clothes rack. The generously sized bathroom is located at the back of the living room. This unit can accommodate a maximum of three adults or, as mentioned, two adults and two children. The second residence, which was once the main house, consists of a spacious living room with a stone kitchen equipped with all appliances, a 55-inch TV, a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, and a round extendable table that can comfortably seat up to six people. From here, a beautiful wrought-iron staircase leads up to a very spacious loft, furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV, a clothes rack, and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, past the living room, is the second bedroom with an exceptionally spacious en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also provides access to a secondary entrance at the rear and to a patio featuring a splendid wrought-iron table with a top made of early 20th-century Sicilian cement tiles, where guests can dine or enjoy breakfast outdoors. This property can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. This property also features a spacious interior patio with a barbecue, a sunbathing area, and a hot tub for 4 people.
