田舎の家は本当に街にとても近く、夕方には中央に整理されたショーを聞くのが簡単で、街全体の素晴らしいパノラマの景色が見えます。（カラスが大聖堂から飛んでいくと約500/600メートルあります）。 Googleの参照は次のとおりです：

A lovely view

The location was great for visiting the nearby towns. There were a few really scenic beaches around the property. Salvadore gives great tips about the nearby area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice house

The view of Noto is wonderful, the olive and almond grove is huge and you can feel at home there. The host is nice. Due to the busy road behind the house, you should not be sensitive to noise. The furnishings of the house are simple and utilitarian, the bed is not suitable for longer stays. As the region is comparatively expensive, the price-performance ratio is basically good.

Agréable séjour à Noto

La petite maison dans les oliviers et amandiers est très agréable, et nous y avons séjourné une semaine avec plaisir. Pas de voisins, un parking à l'intérieur de la propriété, une vue merveilleuse sur Noto et un accueil très sympathique de Salvatore.

Per chi ama le soluzioni indipendenti

Abbiamo apprezzato l'indipendenza della struttura situata in un punto strategico per visitare l'area circostante, bellissimo l'affaccio su Noto soprattutto al tramonto, grande lo spazio esterno, cucina abbastanza attrezzata, la struttura bella nel complesso, ma poca cura dei dettagli: assenza di oscuranti alle finestre, doccino della doccia instabile, bagno poco pratico, area esterna grande e in bel contesto ma disordinata e trascurata in alcuni punti, per la nostra esperienza poca attenzione nella pulizia (forno, pavimenti e porta finestra di ingresso non erano puliti). Il proprietario Salvatore una persona cordiale e disponibile che ci ha fornito tanti consigli sulle aree di interesse da visitare.

Urlaub in Noto

Salvatore hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt mit Infos für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung und Stadt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit nachdem ein Sturm die Elektrik ausser gefecht gesetzt hatte. Das haus liegt an einer Straße und gegenüber das gesamte Panorama von Noto. Sehr schön. Das Haus ist eingebettet in einen Oliven und Mandelbaum Garten und ist von der Größe ideal für 2 -3 Personen. Hund ist kein Problem und die Aussenanlage bietet alles was man so braucht. Kanlge und Ofen sind auch vorhanden. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant befindet sich ca. 300 m entfernt In Noto und Umgebung gibt es alles weitere...auch zu empfehlen der Strand am Naturschutzgebiet von Lido di Noto Kurz um ein schöner Urlaub Grazie Salvatore

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Noto

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen ideal und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Von der Terrasse aus kann man den wunderschönen Blick auf Noto genießen. Salvatore ist wirklich ein super Gastgeber. Er kümmert sich sehr um die Belange seiner Gäste.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren im Juli 2022 dort. Salvatore ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt ideal für die Besichtigung der schönen Stadt Noto und den Südosten der Insel. Über die Klimaanlage haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Super séjour dans les amandiers

Très bon séjour, dans cette petite maison simple mais bien équipée. La vue de la terrasse sur Noto est incroyable. Notre hôte Salvatore s'est montré attentionné et une mine d'informations sur la région. La localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute la région (Syracuse, les plages et réserve naturelle, Noto Antica, magnifique, Noto la ville du XVIII...) Je recommande.

Agréable séjour vue sur Noto la baroque

Agréable séjour dans la petite maison de Salvatore. Excellent accueil et conseil sur la région. Le seul petit hic c'est la proximité de la route. Nous pensions louer un logement en pleine nature... mais quand on passe ses journées à visiter les environs, pendant le temps passé sur la terrasse la circulation peut se faire oublier. Pour le rapport qualité/prix je recommande.

Geweldig huisje met grote boomgaarden op een sublieme locatie!

Wij verbleven hier aan het einde van onze 3-weekse rondreis op la bella Sicilia. Heerlijk adresje met een mooi uitzicht op werelderfgoed Noto. Prima uitvalsbasis voor alle grote en kleinere bezienswaardigheden in het zuidoosten van Sicilië en het oostelijke deel van de zuidkust. Het huisje is gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken, zoals heel volledig keukengerei, oa kruiden, zeep en afwasmiddel, theedoek, parasol, voldoende handdoeken. Goed bed op de mezzanine en prima badkamer. Ruime carport en mooi groot overdekt terras met lange tafel. Heel gastvrije en sympathieke eigenaar (en zijn zoon) ontmoet die regelmatig per app vroeg of alles goed ging en of wij nog info of iets anders nodig hadden. Bij aankomst handige informatie gegeven over de streek en sightseeing, goede adresjes in Noto. Kortom, een super week waar we met veel plezier aan terugdenken!

Clean, smart and comfortable.

A very convenient base to visit a lot of this area by car and perfect size for the two of us. We especially like the historic sites and the coastal wetland nature reserve. The house was very nice and the wood-burning stove was useful in early March as it was cool in the evenings. Kitchen was great and we cooked some nice meals - electric oven and calor gas burners. Adequate utensils and nice to have basics such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt etc provided. Supermarkets only 10 minutes drive away. A nice view over towards Noto. Salvatore was really friendly and helpful, explaining how everything worked and we had no problems. He also gave us some print-outs in English for local attractions and recommended some visits. Even in early March you could enjoy breakfast outside in the sun!

Perfect Place for quiet Holiday in the Nature with the City & beaches close by

We had a wonderful time in the little house surrounded by olive and almond trees. The garden is beautiful and everything you need is in the house. Everything is new and clean and made with love.The view on the old Town of Noto is amazing and beaches aren't fare by car. Salvatore is the perfect host. He has lots of nice tips for daytrips and is always ready to help with everything. We would defenetly come back.

Panorama stupendo

Posto delizioso, tranquillo lontano dal traffico veicolare del centro città, nonostante disti pochi chilometri da Noto. Il tutto immerso nella tipica vegetazione isolana, con alberi di ulivo, mandorli e macchia mediterranea che circonda la casa, ma soprattutto con un panorama della città barocca impagabile. Superb!

My husband and I wanted the full Sicilian experience so we decided to rent a place in the countryside, without being too far from a town so we picked this location and we couldn't be more lucky! We felt like we were in one of the Godfather movies with those fantastic countryside views! At the same time we were quite close to Noto where we would go in the evening for a gelato! And we were also quite close to Noto's amazing beaches. Salvatore was very good to us and gave us some good tips on what to visit. Would recommend anytime!

E' una piccola casetta che si trova immersa in un terreno di mandorle e ulivi che ho avuto in eredità. Il posto è molto bello e particolarmente panoramico. Ha il grande vantaggio di trovarsi vicinissima alla città di Noto. Volendola valorizzare ho ristrutturato la casetta rendendola indipendente e particolarmente carina

The house is a nice little country house very close to the town of Noto and in the road to get the beach.
The house with a beautiful panoramic view is located in a land of olives and almond trees
I would like to know at what time approximately you will get Noto.
So we can manage to meet just off the highway exit of Noto or in the house if you are able to get it.
If you have the nav system (navigation controls) in your car you can find it easy.
If not ,You have to type the following numbers (36.878091,15.071080) into google and it gives the place where is the house
