Down a few steps takes you to a light-filled snug with doors that seamlessly connect the indoor space to the small, but secluded courtyard garden. This welcoming space is ideal for enjoying an evening drink with friends. The kitchen, located on the lower ground floor, is an inviting space with a gas effect cast iron stove and a sociable dining area for relaxed breakfasts. Upstairs guests can spread out between four comfortable bedrooms, tastefully decorated with soft muted tones. The bathroom is in the middle of the house, with a spacious walk-in shower and a large freestanding bath. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find Deal’s array of independent shops, cafés, bars and galleries. Every Saturday, there is a wonderful local market just across the street, which is a must visit! We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
