Groups under 25 years old are not admitted

Pets are not allowed on the property

Respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Prohibited to exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not complied with, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without the right to a refund



SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€600) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60 degrees.
